What a week we’ve had! Maths Week Ireland (11–19 October) brought a burst of energy to our school, and the excitement was absolutely infectious. From riddles and puzzles to trails and buddy challenges, our children threw themselves into every activity with joy and curiosity.
And the weather? We were lucky enough to take our learning outdoors, exploring our beautiful locality and venturing into the stunning Killarney National Park. Maths in nature, what could be better?
A huge thank you to our Maths Week coordinator, Mrs Thérèse Counihan, who made it all happen. Her creativity and enthusiasm turned every day into a maths adventure.
We wrapped up the week with a buzzing Maths Quiz Day and plenty of proud moments as students worked together, solved problems, and had a blast doing it.
