Here in Holy Cross Mercy School, the health, safety and wellbeing of our pupils are our top priority.
As some members of our school community have serious nut allergies, we kindly ask all families to support our Nut-Free Lunch Policy by avoiding nuts and products containing nuts in lunchboxes and snacks. This includes peanuts, mixed nuts, peanut butter, nut-based chocolate spreads and other foods that contain nuts.
"Nut-Free Starts With Me" reminds us that every lunchbox choice can make a difference. By making thoughtful choices when preparing lunches and snacks, we can all help to keep our school safe, inclusive and welcoming for everyone.
We greatly appreciate the support and cooperation of our parents, guardians, pupils and staff in promoting a culture of care, respect and wellbeing throughout our school community. Together, by remembering that Nut-Free Starts With Me, we can help ensure that our school remains a safe place for all.
